• €18 — Document Diagnosis (specific case, 30 min)
• €25 — General Situation Diagnosis (broader situation, 30 min)
• €109 — Starter coaching track (1 session/week)
• €219.90 — Momentum coaching track (3 sessions/week)
• €489.90 — Intensive coaching track (5 sessions/week)

All other services — full document packages, drafting, review, and bulk orders — are quoted per engagement. Request a quote here.

No — mention it when you book and provide a valid student ID. The 40% discount applies to all coaching packages for students under 25.

Yes. Select "Yes — personal invoice" or "Yes — company invoice" when submitting your quote request, and we'll send a formal invoice before payment is due.

Document Diagnosis (€18) is for when you already know what you're applying for — a job, a visa, a university programme — but need to know exactly which documents are required, in what form, and in what order. It's focused, specific, and ends with a written checklist for your case.

General Situation Diagnosis (€25) is for when you're not yet sure which path applies to you — maybe you're navigating multiple options, unsure whether to apply for a job or a programme, or dealing with a complex situation that spans more than one document type. We map your full situation and identify the right approach before any documents are touched.

A written, vetted checklist (for Document Diagnosis) or a written summary of findings and recommended next steps (for General Situation Diagnosis). Both are yours to keep and act on — whether you continue with us or not.

No. The diagnosis session is a standalone deliverable. You leave with a clear picture of what your case needs and can act on it however you choose. Many clients do continue with us — but there's no obligation.

If you know what you're applying for but aren't sure what documents you need — book the €18 Document Diagnosis. If you're not sure what you're applying for, or your situation is complex and spans multiple paths — book the €25 General Situation Diagnosis. If you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll point you in the right direction.

Diagnosis sessions are same-day. Single documents typically take 2–4 business days. Full packages are scoped during the diagnosis session and a timeline is agreed before work begins. Intensive coaching tracks are designed for hard deadlines.

Yes. Every case moves through the same sequence — diagnosis, blueprint, build, polish — but you can stop at any stage. You only pay for what's been completed.

Yes. Confidentiality is the default, not an add-on. Your case file is never shared with third parties. We operate under an NDA by default for all engagements. See our Privacy Policy and NDA template for full details.

No. Every document is written and reviewed by a human consultant. We do not use AI generators for drafting. This is a deliberate choice — reviewers now identify AI-generated content, and it undermines the credibility of an application.

We collect only the information necessary to complete your engagement. It is stored securely and deleted after the engagement is closed unless you request otherwise. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
